He has always gone above and beyond, but just today he was able to save me a ton of money by chatting with my auto warranty rep and clarifying the terms of the contract. Joel is honest and will always side with what is right. He made sure I got treated fairly and got a huge chunk of my repair bill taken care of. It’s not his job to negotiate my third-party contract, but he did it anyway because he likes to help.
